| Andy Griffith Show | | My husband, his family and most of our friends are HUGE fans of The Andy Griffith Show. Love the homespun humor and the great lessons the show has. It never loses its appeal. We have seen every episode so many times! We will find ourselves quoting a character very often. Any other fans? Do you have a favorite episode or character. My favorite is Ernest T Bass. TOOO funny! Also its nice to have something to watch that doesn't have nudity, violence and terrible lanquage. I'm not a prude but TV seems to be getting more and more disgusting. | |
| | Who loves the Andy Griffith Show??? | | I love the Andy Griffith show. I've watched it as long as I can remember. I know each episode by heart but everytime they come on tv I just gotta watch them again. Plus my husband bought me the entire series on dvd.
My favorite character is Barney by far, he's hilarious!!!

| | The Andy Griffith show | | Wouldn't it be great if everyone treated each other as they do in Mayberry? I think this show teaches a great lesson in how to treat other people, how to get a long and to forgive one another. When my grandsons are arguing and bickering, I sit down with them and watch an episode or 2. The youngest really watches the show, the oldest is more interested in why it's black and white.

Those Golden GirlsI am sure there are more, but the two at the top of my list will always be the best. Considering that Vivian Vance was in more than one of Lucy's series', she most definitely gets my vote as the greatest tv sidekick ever. Those two women still make me laugh extremely hard when I watch any of the Lucy shows, especially I Love Lucy. I don't think the show would have been as successful or funny had Vivian Vance not been in it.So...who's your favorite tv sidekick? | |
