What was the name of Charles Bronson's character...
I have been watching the Death Wish Series and thought I would see how much people can remember about them. What was Charles Bronson's character name in this series? What was it that got him started as a vigilante ( the crime )? What triggered him to start up again in parts 2, 3, and 4? Who played the role of his girlfriend in part 2? How many of his girlfriends survived the 4 part series and what were their names? In what cities did Charles Bronson practice his special brand of justice? Just curious how many of you will know the answers to these questions? These are some details that usually stick in peoples minds. Are they filed away in yours??? Let's see...Mamablaze!!
An Opportunity To Be Charles Bronson
You've seen the movies Death Wish I, II, III, IV and V truly a great genre of film and with such a great actor as Charles Bronson taking the lead role as Paul Kersey when his beloved wife and daughter are murdered in cold blood. He then seeks revenge and gets rid of society's evil scum WOW! Now wouldn't you love to be Charles Bronson just for one day? And getting rid of all the evil elements of society? Be a vigilante for a day and do the job that police cannot do and the courts refuse to do!Crime rate would plummet as it did when a real life vigilante did a copycat of Charles Bronson he was hailed a hero! And even when caught there was a public outcry and his sentence was greatly reduced So fancy being Charles Bronson for a day?
One Charming Lass,One Super Hero
Talk about Jill Ireland and her role opposite her ex-husband David McCallum comes to mind. She was a pretty thing and you will surely fell in love with her if you see her in the hit TV series, 'That Man from U.N.C.L.E'. Then she married Charles Bronson, the fore-runner of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Rambo action. Jill acted in some good shows alongside him. A great movie they were together in was 'Breakout'. It is sad that Jill died of breast cancer and Bronson of pneumonia after having Alzheimer's. In the grand old days of 1970s, Bronson was one of the top 10 actors with box-office performance. Do you see such Bronson greats such as the Death Wish series, The Mechanic,'Magnificent Seven' and 'The Great Escape'?
i love to watch...
old "spaghetti westerns". i'm watching The Magnificent Seven with Yul Brenner, Charles Bronson & Lee Marvin right now. its kinda fun to watch because they were all so young when they made this movie and sad at the same time because they've all passed away. no questions for anybody, it's just another one of those things that makes me happy so i thought i'd share it.
Favorite artist
Who is your favorite arstist? But your favorite song? My favoite artist is Snoop Dogg and my favorite song is "Double up"
Who is your best HOLLYWOOD couples though they never last long..???
For me Angelina jolia and Brad Pitt is the best couple.
Have you just not liked somebody's face?
There was this man at bingo years ago I just didn't like his face, I don't know why, he was a fairly decent looking man, but there was just something about his face that I didn't like and I couldn't figure out what it wasI never liked the face of the actor Lou Rowles, and Charles Bronson either, I mean these are great actors and all but I just didn't like their faces?Am I just weird or has anyone else experienced this as well?
Why education is the key...
an interesting read for all of you...got this from the mail...By: Dr Farrukh Saleem The writer is an Islamabad-based freelance columnist There are only 14 million Jews in the world; seven million in the Americas, five million in Asia, two million in Europe and 100,000 in Africa. For every single Jew in the world there are 100 Muslims. Yet, Jews are more than a hundred times more powerful than all the Muslims put together. Ever wondered why? Jesus of Nazareth was Jewish. Albert Einstein, the most influential scientist of all time and TIME magazine's 'Person of the Century', was a Jew. Sigmund Freud - id, ego, superego -- the father of psychoanalysis was a Jew. So were Karl Marx, Paul Samuelson and Milton Friedman. Here are a few other Jews whose intellectual output has enriched the whole humanity: Benjamin Rubin gave humanity the vaccinating needle. Jonas Salk developed the first polio vaccine. Alert Sabin developed the improved live polio vaccine. Gertrude Elion gave us a leukaemia fighting drug. Baruch Blumberg developed the vaccination for Hepatitis B. Paul Ehrlich discovered a treatment for syphilis (a sexually transmitted disease). Elie...
House of Wax
This movie is one of my all time favorite horror classics. I think it compares far more than the original which was Mystery Of The Wax Museum released in 1933 starring Glenda Farrell, Lionel Atwill and future scream queen Fay Wray. The release featuring Vincent Price is definitely a lot darker than the original. In the original you have a roving reporter trying to get a story and bits of comedy. Charles Bronson joins the cast starring along Vincent Price as his mute apprentice Igor(every horror movie from 1930-1960 I think had an Igor hehe;) ) We also get to see one of the main victims being played by Carolyn Jones(Morticia to all you Addams Family fans.)I'll have to admit I can't watch this one with the lights off. I've got something against creepy looking wax figures who might quite possibly be real people. I think the special effects are really good, even the real people who are playing wax figures do a good job on staying still.(the original I dont think an attempt was made to even use wax figures)I was just wondering what people think of this movie? have you seen the remakes? care to comment about Vincent Price? I noticed this isn't listed as anyones interests but...
ehat type of programs do u like?
